"Esther", the black "beauty" of the trio. The wash really got the better of me this time, she is the only figure in the crew I am not 100% satisfied with. Probably will make a new Belle if I get my hands on one. She stays as she is to commemorate my mishaps on the journey. Base made with Fimo Air Light and grass flock made by Noch. -

Hey there! I'm Demi, relatively new to this hobby which was introduced to me by my partner. He's into the wargaming part of Malifaux, I happily overtook the painting part from him. I am greatly inspired by EonsofBattle and Squidmar Miniatures on how to become better at this new hobby. I'm using Vallejo Game Air paints (without airbrush), Italiery 5/0 and 10/0 brushes and a Mucoplant bottle as painting stand. Bases are made of trash and Fimo Air light clay. Seamus was my first crew ever painted (miniature-wise, although I have been painting as a hobby for a couple years now) and I feel like I have already came a long way since this crew, thanks to almost daily practice which I greatly enjoy. I'll upload the rest of the rest of the minis later separately. Now, the Seamus crew, asked to revamp them as... Well, vampires. In coloration, at least. Specifically asked to use this dead red and light blue in the crew as a theme. Seamus, the very first: Copycat Killer, conveniently stabbed in someone's back: Rotten Belle Nr. 1, "Susan": Rotten Belle Nr.2 (this I am particularly not proud of, the wash overspilled...): Rotten Belle Nr. 3, lamp post made of a lollipop stick and clay: Madame Sybelle: Let me know what you think!

I've got a pile of miniatures waiting to get painted so iron painter gives me the perfect excuse?. I don't think I'll be going down the diorama route but I have learnt how to combine 2 pictures and put a border around it so who knows where this competition will take me next!
