I have a whole shelf full of miniature board games, which tend to not get painted and take up a needless lot of Shelving Space. I am thankful for every well thought out game tha doesn't dump more miniatures on me.

True. But i think it's hard to adapt now after the former release schedule with all themed boxes. I mean there are some things like wanting to play Paul Crockett in a basse crew, leaving you either picking up Arcanists or Neverborn or dumping the rest of the Box on Ebay (or in the Trash tbh). Leaves me owning way more Masters than i intended to (congrats) but i think people on a budget could mind this. Another way would be releasing the shared model in a 2 boxes, each with either master.

I Hope that you can get the models as Single Versions period. Otherwise it's just a way to sell more models or incite you to start new crews. The latter i can work with, the former i think of as unsound. And i will find not one Player here that will only want the Master and not the additional shared model

Also with Juggernaut and low River Monk or Shens Heal he can be superannoyingly hard to get off the table. You can most of the Time shove him right into the action, just have to get your activation order straight once he takes some damage

Sure, if you throw them into a tormented Crew they do not want to go there. Question is if one could Position them so that they engage enemy models to their advantage with 2 inch Range thereby draining enemy AP to move/disengage before attack, or at least make the opponent alter his Game Plan which would tip the AP advantage more in my favour at that Point Also yeah this may work only once, but after the first time, your opponent will expect it and adapt his Positioning, which actually may be an advantage for me. Biggest Concern would be getting torn apart before the rest of the Crew gets a move on and the 8 SS Tidecaller not doing anything meaningful after that until turn 3. But, many things have to wait until the field test, still not sure how bubbly i will have to play EVS to be effective

Aside from of offering advice i can offer my heartfelt compassion because i think playing against Dreamer is always hard if your opponent isn't completely incapable. That aside how was his list, what was the mission?

I may be fallen on my Head, but the Tidecaller screams "throw the Emissary and Kiya into the Enemy Crew Round 1" at me. Depending on enemy Crew this could buy you two Rounds of free reign over the rest of the Board. Now i am still waiting for my plastic to arrive any day now, but this will be one of the first things i wanna try (if only for the laugh)

Klingt erstmal gut. Ich hoffe dass sich Bremen und München wieder erholen, bei uns ist im Moment auch noch kein richtiges Go bei den Clubs zu hören gewesen, mal gucken wie die zu Promos stehen. Wir haben halt unsere Minispielergruppe und angeblich nen Club beinahe nebenan in dem Malifaux geht aber da rührt sich im Moment keiner auf Anfrage Ja Köln ist natürlich nah genug dran um mal rüberzukommen, wann und wo seid ihr da? Im schlimmstenfall müssen wir halt Vassal spielen, auch wenn das zwar spaßig aber nicht so richtig das geiche ist

I Somehow Feel that extended Reach also has it's defensive uses, and depending on Terrain i think the +1 Size Boost to Ivan might do something, but that may just be wishful thinking As in my little playing group OOK is still considered ungentlemanly towards the noobs, i have to look towards the versatiles for a smattering of Power Gaming
