  1. The Infinite Universe theory predicts this to have already happened. My money is on Batman having appeared somewhere during the late Cretaceous. Unfortunately, as this planet is mostly water, he likely appeared in the ocean. No doubt he was promptly eaten by a passing Mosasaur.
  2. If you can find a way to mount that truck on a 50 mm base it will make the best supply wagon ever. Also, you're right, curry tacos should definitely be a thing.
  3. I've done this several times as well. It works great and you end up with an amazing number of cards in your hand! You do have to dedicate a lot of AP from several abominations and Lazarus just to card draws though. It will depend on the schemes and strategy if it's worth it. For speedy schemes and strats, I'd rather have several more Necropunks in the crew.
  4. Taco heaven, that's what. Tacos de lengua. All kidding aside they really are very good, especially if you like authentic Mexican food. Also, it's surprisingly easy to find beef tongue ... but predictably difficult to get family members to accept it as a serious meal option.
  5. Why the end of turn two? Shouldn't the four riders be able to walk and drop scheme markers before Leveticus activates on turn one.
  6. I take one or the other Pariah upgrade every game now.
  7. I have yet to play against the Pult, or any gremlins for that matter. However, I generally take at least one or two Necropunks with my Leveticus crew and my plan, should I face a gremlins player, is to include Killjoy or Bette in my crew as well. A single Necropunk can leap, walk twice, Burnout, leap, and walk twice. That will place a Necropunk up to 34" from the edge of your deployment zone turn 1. Your next task is to kill said Necropunk any way possible, releasing Killjoy or Bette right in the Pult's face. This is just a plan though and I'm sure all the gremlins players out there are chuckling right now for some reason I haven't foreseen.
  8. I believe the PC term is hippo-posthumous.
  9. Bah, begone taco-haters! Darken this thread no more with such foul and inferior microwaveable food ... things!
  10. Yeah, taking Pariah of Iron also means you can toss them around the table with the Ice Golem! I just based my Golem last week and I'm itching to try it out.
  11. You can cheat a damage flip as long as it isn't a negative flip or you have flipped the black joker. Also, some models have specific abilities that prevent you from cheating a damage flip against them, an example is Seamus and his Impossible to Wound.
  12. I haven't hired her with a Reserrectionist master yet but I've taken her with Leveticus and she always performs admirably. You'd be amazed how much damage she can absorb during a game without going down.
  13. Darn, I was hoping for loose change.
  14. Only one master is suitable to lead a troupe of Malifaux Penguins ... I'm thinking Outcasts and he and Hamelin can compete for lost children. Of course, he would have to dish out Float to his crew.
  15. Same here! Lots of potential for cool models with cool actions. An ability to 'convert' enemy minions would be kinda neat. Some serious fluff potential as well!
  16. Agreed. Disney covered this one already I think.
  17. You're not using the right part of the beef beast. Lengua tacos are both delicious and easy to serve to unsuspecting mother-in-laws.
  18. When you get the time I'd love to be on this list too. Player: AgrilusHunter Country: US State: Indiana City: West Lafayette Store: Sage's Shoppe (http://www.thesagesshoppe.com/)
  19. It's not bad. I've run a similar crew several times. Lazarus and the abominations can lead to lots of cards in your hand each turn, which is always nice. You are right about the lack of speed for schemes though. These days, I always try to take at least one Necropunk in my Leveticus crews.
  20. Great stuff here! I agree that lamp is fantastic.
  21. That's because we paid for the full ten minute course.
  22. Usage matters. Things can be on fire, or on time, or on top, or on a circle. On second thought, why am I still here? <finds exit on other side of thread>
  23. You are confusing the common definition of 'on' with its more formal usage in describing point placement in geometry. A point on a circle is not touching the surface of it, it is part of the line that forms the circle. (<groan> Surface of a circle? This is how low this thread has sunk.) Besides, when speaking in terms of lines of sight it is a pointless to trace a line that does not intersect any model on the board. At some point, regardless of any perceived grammatical inconsistencies, common sense must win out. Again, why is this still a thing.
