After listening to this my only real question is how will Collodi work without alpha strikes?

I have a question for the Brutal effigy. If taken with Collodi and Collodi does Puppet Show + cast Breathe Life on him can you stack the (+1) Mellee Expert? Effectively giving the Brutal 5AP in combat + a zero action to heal in each turn? If true then thats just nasty...

If you're in the UK I can recommend the Halfords primers. £7.50 for a 500ml can.

it all depends on the look you're looking for at the end of the day. If you want bright colours then go for a white primer. If you are painting a model that will be majority black or metallic then black primer. I you are looking for something in between they grey is your friend. I had used black primer the majority of the time in my painting career and it has served me well. However when I painted the convict gunslinger below his pants took me forever because painting orange over black is an absolute nightmare. If I could go back I would have base coated this guy grey or white instead.

Yep, sounds like it will be a Friday night flight for us too. I will try and get the last flight back on the Sunday too so we dont have to bow out of the last round early.

The Ten Thunders archers are really deadly but thats all the real range in the pure 10T crew. If you like the new plastics I could recommend running Lucas McCabe Guild and adding a box of Riflemen. Lucas is a Ranged expert while mounted and the riflemen are deadly too. Its fun to watch an opponent burn their entire control hand and stones keeping their Master alive under a hail of 9 Riflemen shots.

The situation arose against Mie Fang all dolls were dead and I was out of stones. I summoned one Marionette to attempt to run away but when I reviewed the card I saw Mie could get in a disengaging strike. It was my first game with Colldo and it was fun

If a Marionette performs Pulls Strings while Collodi is in combat does the opponent get a disengaging strike which would in turn could stop Collodi from leaving combat? Pull Strings states "Move Collodi" not "Push Collodi" so I would say the opponent does get disengaging strikes but it seems like a grey area to me as it is not Collodi that is performing the move.

That Gaki is a bit too Golum like for me tbh mate. The Gluttony ones are cool but they are a little steep...
