I was thinking about getting the Malifaux bag myself. I was playing around with AoM's and really liked it. Then I went to Micheal's and picked up two bead trays for $1.99 each. I can fit two 30mm based models in each compartment standing (bases over lap a touch) if they're not a really tall model (Seamus with his flintlock it too tall). Unbased models lying down I can get 4-6 in each compartment. I threw some cotton I had (the stuff from pill bottles) in with the minis to keep them from banging on each other. Going to grab a few more of them and look for something taller, hopefully with the same width and depth so I can make a carrying case for it all.

Non-Living crews scare the hell out of Kirai. I went against the Dreamer Thursday and gave up at the end of the 3rd turn. Him: Dreamer/LCB Lelu Lilitu Copellius Day Dreams Stitched Together Me: Kirai Seishin x3 Gaki x3 Onryo X2 Datse Ba A couple day dreams moved up and popped out Lelu and Lilitu on top of Datse Ba and finished her off before I could get Kirai up to swap her with a Gaki. Then they started man handling an Onryo which I saved. Copellius decided to come play with Kirai. I finished him off the next turn with an Onryo, but LCB came and made Kirai cry and then die. I hadn't activated her yet (I wanted to get rid of Copellius first so she didn't have to make a morale duel) so I lost all of my Seishin and then she died when I activated her from poison. With a non-living crew she can only get seishin from her own minion's deaths. So while Kirai's crew would've eaten through your armor, the constructs and magical damage would have shut her down a bit.

One thing I'd like to see, just as they released the rule book with no fluff. I'd like to see the fluff released with no rules. I learned to play Malifaux without having read the books and every time I sit down to read the book I end up getting bogged down reading the rules. Same problem I had when I'd try and read the rules before the Rules Manual.

Are you interested in trading? I was just getting ready to start assembly and painting of these models right before I saw your post this morning.

I have a Kirai box set with some extras (pack of gaki and pack of seishin) that I would like to trade for a McMourning box set with some extras (I am also open to other box sets as well, I have the Red Chapel Gang, Undertaker's lot and Lilith's brood). Models have only been used a time or two. I don't think anything is put together except one gaki. There may be a couple models glued to their bases.

I typically run Seamus, Bete Noir and the rest of the stones goes to Belles. If I have two to spare I'll grab the CCK.

As was mentioned earlier, alternate sculpts of non-unique models. I play Seamus with 6 belles and Bete. I would like to have 6 individual belles and not just paint them different.

I have that one, hoping to find something more detailed.

Does there exist a map of Malifaux? I have the one in the main book, but was hoping for something a little more detailed. We are starting a campaign and will be using the map.

Also, for the Dreamer there is a Ressurectionist model from Rising Powers that is a nightmare and able to be hired by The Dreamer. I don't have the book in front of me so I can't tell you the name ATM. Anyway, it isn't in The Dreamer's list of models or special forces. I'll double check on it later today.

I just tried doing a Seamus crew and don't have Sybelle on his list of Ressurectionists available to hire.

But he is also sold out of all of the trays and the empty bag is pretty useless. I have an old wooden box my grandmother used to transport sausages for us cross country. I am looking for a place to get egg crate foam for it currently.

I think the question was more, how do you drill the tiny Malifaux models... Not the bases.

My daughter bought Lilith's Brood with her birthday money and they have been a nightmare. Tot's arms popping off, Youngs dropping wings and Lilith's hand & sword won't stay on to save our lives. Every time she touched a model something fell off of it, she was in tears over it. Very frustrated with the whole lot right now.

After having only played the Red Chapel Gang, Nicodem was a very welcomed surprise. I was blown away by the damage I was causing (a Red Joker and a moderate on my first decay via totem damage flip was a great start). I adore Seamus and his girls, but I hate how long it takes me to kill stuff with them. I always toss Bete into my crew so I have some damage some where.
