My list ended up being:
Neverborn Crew - 25 - Scrap
Collodi -- 3 Pool
Arcane Effigy [4ss] Brutal Effigy [4ss] Hodgepodge Effigy [4ss] Marionette [2ss] Marionette [2ss] Marionette [2ss] Marionette [2ss] Mysterious Effigy [4ss] Stitched Together [5ss]
We had Shared Turf War, my schemes were Bodyguard and Breakthrough.
Opponent's list was:
Guild Crew - 25 - Scrap
C. Hoffman -- 4 Pool
Guild Austringer [5ss] Peacekeeper [9ss] Ryle, Guild Pawn [8ss] Watcher [3ss]
He took assassinate and kill protege.
We had corner deployment and I slowly started moving along the bottom edge of the table while he ran through the middle. On turn 3 he took out Stitched with Ryle before I got up Creepy Fog. I was hoping he'd only be able to do enough to nearly kill him so I could use Hodgepodge or Brutal to wax him denying him the points for Kill Protege.
I used the Marionettes to move Collodi into his deployment zone by the end of turn 3. He decided it wasn't worth it to chase him and instead went after the Effigies I left near my deployment zone. I didn't manage to kill any of his models, but he took out all of my Effigies. I hadn't fully read the rules on Object and didn't realize they weren't living, had I known that I would've charged Ryle at one point with the Brutal, instead I opted to shoot him.
We ended with 8 me vs 6 him. I had almost activated the Stitched right after Collodi before he used Ryle to kill the Stitched to put up Creepy Fog, wish I had now.
When I ran Collodi across the table I was 1/8" from being able to take a shot at the Peacekeeper with dismantle.
