You sir should be handing over those figs to wyrd to cast so others can get their mitts on them they are fantastic. I was cringing through the green stuff and plasticard modeling thinking.. I really hope he knows how to paint, and you nailed it. For tournament use I'd use ratty's custom card program and get a photo of them on the deso engine card, cleans up a little confusion as to exactly what it is. Addicted.... understatement.. im now 12 masters and 1 henchman into this game after looking at ramos and thinking, i'll check out this malifaux game since they just released a new book.... Rising Powers... an online painting comp forced me to paint them and its now so deep i cant see the start... definately try to get some games or like me i have been out doing demos, hard game to teach though so best you leave off the triggers first time out on the paddock'

mate, he's got his hair and control of his weight, educated and talented. i'd say he'd come close to taking bachelor of the year there .. Serious respect for Mike McVey through the years. He has done so much for the hobby. I'd probably give Alabaster a look in since he would know what a good game would be.. already demonstrating that by not rushing a release and getting some play testing in. cheers for the link to the tube

hey thanks all and Shaper for running this... cannot believe i won something! there were all great entries but the dreamer was easily above and beyond not that it impacts what you chose next but i have already done a supply wagon, but hardly inspirational, maybe worth revisiting... im about 25% of the way through my dynamite counters maybe special terrain could be cool? i.e. make your favourite piece of special terrain? soulstone vein or hanging tree or similar' or how about make your favourite marker. could be shafter could be burning could be pillars, etc.. just throwing ideas out there

With Lord Shaper taking the time an effort i dug deep for a finish.. even revisited the other 3 markers for better effects. hope you like!! That almost each day smashes the previous "most members in a day" record just logged on and its currently 818 today. couple of days ago hit the 600 mark and week before that was high 500's. could this be a ramp up of gencon? the mini rulebook assisting the switch, just great figures recently released or henchmen doing the dirty work.. great stuff regardless, its 818 people who have a game worth following... the Alternate/Avatar stuff is blowing my head.. love your work guys!

hey mate, went to your site but couldnt find anything on it, maybe put some info there. Also for me, im in Aus so there is a bit of hassle to email you to get International postage price etc.. can be a bit of a downside, but im only voicing any angle i can think of. kudos for taking time and effort to improving Malifaux (the most most important HOOK part too)

i think you threw Dgraz off the path with the mention of coryphee with colette... it would be a good idea, but feel people do that anyways. the only people your scaring off is the minimal cost gamers. a great idea is a deal on a mini rulebook and starter box with totem. think that sorts ALOT of people out, with maybe a free totem.. also how would it differ from you saying when they come to the register, "Hey if you buy Gremlins, grab another blister of gremlins because you can summon them?" what about nicodem for example. can summon an 30mm or 40mm or 50mm basically... could be hard to manage and may daunt people into running Nico you having a suggestions board or re-boxing them? will it be, i.e. buy gremlins starter and gremlins blister get 10% off? at the end of the day i think your prices need to be competitive or have great facilities to play, then i feel people will go and spend a lil extra. i hope i have given something for you to think about, even if you take nothing on board

i have never used Viks but have the crew painted.. only used Johan for my Ramos/Colette crews. i then bought the von shill box but i felt they didnt work for me (lacked any decent damage and no magical weapons, also sure i could put a melee beat stick in there, but nino/rami/etc and i am left with the same crew second/third turn) so traded them with colette and never looked back. since then i have versed the viks with von shill and that was a much better use for von shill. it was shill and the specialist i had the best use with when using the freikorps crew and to think to put them with a glass cannon like viks, i can do the damage but not have useless guys backing up. i think desperate mercs will help boost both the viks and von shill crews up a tad, student of conflict for viks first turn then the specialist second or third, he is very useful Misaki is fantastic and a great beginner figure too (if that is in question here), extra damage or extra melee range, just a great figure to use. On the fig i extended my pole arm to represent the spell and also the base was 'Earth' extended as a combination of how she achieves the extra range

hey all, well here is my take on Evidence markers, i just re-read the rules and need 4 to comply, but the mission requires 1 for deployment zone and 2 others outside, hence my confusion apologies, i just assumed it was 3, hence why im posting here as its not the 4 required. im working on these, im guessing your going to be hit with alot closer to the date, people dont wanna be stealing ideas im guessing.. mine are half finished but dont want to post pics as all the paint is drying and looks horrific at this point, but when dry i.e. tomorrow ill get the finished shots up. hopefully will give people ideas (i do not expect to win) p.s. that soulstone farm idea is cool
