The well is a ForgeWorld piece I picked up at a Gamesday many years ago. Malifaux lit a fire under my ass to get it done. I also have a FW cottage thats cut out of the picture. Really looking forward to them making more fantasy terrain.

Here's what our game was played on this past weekend. We have a 4x6 table with shelves full of terrain so we're pretty flexible. This was set up in a 3x3 space.

I'm in the three Alps and a Coppelius group too. Poor ole Teeth only has 16ss in his box so I don't see 18 being much of an issue.

I've recently, after the long an arduous task of reading all the fluff and staring at pictures for hours on end, settled on the Aracanists as my main faction. I have a full Gremlin crew, Pandora and Zoraida but there is just something about mechanical spiders, three headed cats, molemen, and giant ice creatures that stole my heart. After playing my first game with Pandora this weekend it was a close call though. I'm also waiting on the new dolls to come out. Really looking forward to playing Zoraida with them. Wait...focus. Arcanists. Yes. Ramos is the man.

I saw in a thread a few weeks back that someone posted a mini for a Soulstone Miner proxy that looked exactly like the art in book 2. I've been scouring the forums and can not for the life of me find the link to that model (which means it's right in front of my face). Does anyone know the model I'm talking about? Or did I make this all up and am indeed beginning to go mad?

This thread is about whether or not a list that the OP has posted would be a strong list. Yes his list happens to be a large list...but he still wanted opinions on the strength of the list. Not whether large games are ruining Malifaux.

One of the smaller companies made an excellent skeeter model. I can't remember who it was but I want to say it was Heresy. I can't find them on the website now. Maybe someone else will know what I'm talking about.

The little Halfjacks from Warmachine (they come with Darius) could make a good stand in. You can bit one out for 3$. Shipping on the other hand.... I'm just going off the name of the totem. I don't remember the art and I don't have my book nearby.

Those imps actually work pretty well as daydreams. I hadn't thought of those. I've been trying to dig up Neran The Scary to use as a Collodi proxy. He looks fun to paint and can serve as a piece of terrain in a cornfield when the official model arrives. Sadly he seems to go for more then I'd care to pay for a proxy....when I can find him.

I got my greenstuff from a hardware store. Plumbers putty. It's the exact same stuff everyone else sells but for half the price and twice the length. Sadly Home Depot keeps putting the local Mom and Pop stores out of business so I may have to resort to the modeling version soon

Says in the description that they're laser cut and relief engraved.

I imagine it's because the rules call for the counters to be stackable.

The Black Joker is Victoria's Dopelganger. The three of masks is a regular ole Neverborn dopelganger. The artwork for the wicked doll looks like a voodoo doll. I don't see a nesting doll, who's back is stripped of paint much like the dopelganger mini is devoid of flesh on the back, with a Neverborn popping out of it as a wicked doll.

I thought I read someone saying they saw Stitched Together and Copelius being worked on at Gen Con. That would fuel my hopes of the box having a couple of Stiches in it. However I imagine it's going to end up being Alps,Copey, Dreamer and LCB. I had zero interest in Dreamer initially but the more I look over his rules the more interested I become in the concept. By the time the set is announced I sholud be sold.

I did mine using green stuff. I smoothed a ball out over the base and used the end of a brush to make small indents. For bubbles I'd roll out a ball of green stuff. Water effects and inks give it it's swampy finish. Nothing fancy but it got the job done.

Nice work. Love the guild themed headstones. That Nico is one tiny bugger. While I love the model I just couldn't bring myself to paint him
