This is where the extra Gamin come in. My favorite thing to do is to blast December's Curse into a combat with my own guy. If I can hit their model it's nice, but if I can hit mine, I can cheat his defence low to get blast damage and then watch him explode when he dies.

Just make sure you field more than one Pride. You need two to make them good, and a third for redundancy is usually a good diea.

I prefer 7 or 8 with Rasputina, but that's because I use them to force spell damage through Icy Mirror as well as for defense. If I'm playing a list with hoarcats instead of constructs, I use less. For Som'er Teeth, I spend most of them on extra pigs, but try to leave 3 or 4. Really the only thing that I use them for is to re-flip iniative or occasionally force through a Get Yer Bro if I need more models towards the end of the game.

The top loaders are made by Ultra-Pro (I'm pretty sure). If you can't find them at a local shop, there are places that sell them online (cough*sig*cough). I can't recommend them enough.

Looks like I might be able to make it after all (Grandma leaves the 18th). With that in mind, a few questions: (1) Do the extra soulstones get used for crew creation, or can I add them to my cache (thus taking it above 8)? (2) I think you specified earlier, is there a limit on the amount of "Use Soulstone" I can buy for my crew? (3) Is there anything in particular that the local food banks are looking for as donations? (4) How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

You don't need any body part counters, unless you pick up McMourning later on (he's the only one that uses them). For Rasputina, I have 5 corpse tokens, and 3 scrap tokens. Seems to be enough to get me by, but if my opponent is playing Resurrectionist, usually we go through a lot.

It would depend on the Strategy. I choose some minions based on who I'm facing, but what I need to take depends more on what I need to do than who I need to do it to. Specifically against the Viktorias, I would take Rasputina (the only Arcanist master that I have) and some Gamen to bounce spells through. If I needed mobility to accomplish my goals, I would take a Cerberus. If I needed survivability, than a Golem instead. If I were to run a totem, and I probably would, it would be the Wendigo, instead of the Essence of Power, as the extra flip on damage spells would be less relevant since none of the Mercenaries I would be facing have Hard to Wound.

Melee Master is only when they're swarmed up. If you magnetize the individual spiders and some 30mm and 40mm bases, you'll be set.

It's the same model, just one to 30mm base or 3 to a 40mm base. If you magnetize the models, you can switch them out without having to buy as many. (sorry Nathan ) I'm not sure why people run Joss more, but I think the ability to reactivate and go twice in one turn plays a lot into it. His surge counters are what makes him a brutal opponent in melee.

I loved the base his So'Mer Teeth was on. Top notch work on that.
