This diorama is based on a scene from the TV series Game of Thrones. A dragon attacks a convoy of carts and soldiers and literally burns it all!

Thank you! Yes, it's a combination of LEDs and painting. There's one light inside the dragon's head, and another on the underside of the base, and there's an acrylic rod between them for the light to travel in. The rod is also what is holding up the dragon. Then there are a few smaller light on the ground. The gradient on the ground and the highlights on the figures and carts are painted. I probably should have included a picture with the LEDs turned off to better show off the painted colors :)

It looks phenomenal. I don't know how you pulled it off, but I'd love to see tutorials like this in the future!
