Similarly, with the Nurses "Take your meds", do you flip your card, see what trigger you have, then cheat to get the trigger you want (if needed)? Then use Expunge on them to do damage equal to Poison (up to 9). Nurses: Yes you can do it that way, but if you have a low card that is the suit you want, Nurses can discard a card when declaring an action to gain that suit for the duration of that action. Yes, But I stipulated low card, because if you have a High one that already has the suit you want, why aren't you just using it to cheat with?
