Controlling the Other Players Crew

Aesop

Question

A few questions:

Pg31 Friendly and Enemy reads:

When a model's Actions are controlled by the opponent (for instance with the Obey Action) the model does not change which models are considered friendly, its friends are still its friends.

Pg66 Reckoning reads:

At the end of every Turn, after the first, a Crew earns 1 VP if it killed or sacrificed two or more enemy models during that Turn.

In reckoning,

1) If you kill a enemy model with an enemy model through an obey, does it count as killed for VP purposes?

2) If a model dies of a condition you inflicted, such as burning or poison, does that count as killed for VP purposes?

3) If a model is killed through the Voodoo Doll's sewn fate condition, (ex. the model has 1 wd remaining and the Sewn Fate condition, you deal 1 wd to the Voodoo Doll, the model dies), does it count as killed for VP purposes?

How do you keep track of who placed burning/poison?

An example. I'm playing Sonnia. My opponent is playing Kaeris. She puts burning 2 on Sam Hopkins, and blows up 2 of my witchlings next to him for 2. He dies from this at the end of the turn. The witchlings gave him 2, Kaeris gave him 2. who gets credit?

This is clarified in the FAQ, by the way. No one gets credit for kills by conditions ... or falling for that matter. That means Kaeris cannot earn victory points through Ignite, Message From the Union or Grab & Drop UNLESS someone on her crew deals the final wound directly.

Also, in another blow to the "Eliminate the Enemy Edition" mentality, a RAW interpretation says no one gets kill credit for burying Lord Chompy Bits or Bad Juju (so long as Eternal Fiend is on).

According to the FAQ, 1) is a Yes for Reckoning. 2) is a No, and 3) is no.

Q: If a model is killed by an Ability or Action, which Crewcounts as having made the kill?

A: When a model is killed as the result of an Action, the Crew controlling the Action counts as having made the kill. If a model is killed by an Ability, the model with the Ability counts as having made the kill.

Q: If a model is killed by a Condition, which Crew Counts as having made the kill?

A:No model or Crew counts as having made the kill.
