A Death Marshall had Pine Boxed a Flesh Construct and on the Start Closing phase of the the last turn the Flesh Construct won the wp -> wp duel and broke free.
Does he then get to make his Ceaseless advance melee attack?
We looked at the timing rules and it says effects that Must occur happen before effects that May occur and we both agreed that both effects must happen. The next step is to resolve effects by the activation order - who exactly has activation order in the closing phase?
My thoughts was that the flesh construct breaks free but cannot make his ceaseless advance attack and my opponent thought he could.

Hi
Had an issue come up in a game the other week

Anything I'm missing?
Thanks!
