I think the biggest difference is that Emos love popularity, Gothic hates it, we're far happier when Goth is out of fashion and always have been Also, Emos scream for labels and strict dress codes, I know Goths that go around in tartan shirts and blue jeans, Gothic's on the inside. yes, I may wear black, but I find it slimming and it helps hide a few deformities that cause lumps from my FSHD, I also likeit, but I also like other colours (just not white... or pink, lol).
