Oh, and does anyone use Winsor & Newton brushes? Are they any good? And do you now a good fine detail brush... just confused by the Series numbers and types... Just want something for very fine detail ;)

I've use them in the past and they were pretty good. For very fine details I would use a 0/10 brush, but for regular fine detail a 0/3 or even a 0/1 (if you're not to picky, but I found them a little large) will do the job :)
