I do everything from helping people figure out what a mystery charge on their card is to explaining how their APR is calculated to initiating disputes with charges to accepting payments to sending out past statements... to calculating anticipated interest... really there are about a billion things I do. When I actually put my mind to it, I can get a crew painted up in about five hours or less. But most of the time I do other things instead. And a company picnic at the office just before the holiday. Murdering my soul at my desk has its perks... sometimes Well tonight it looks like I am setting up 4 Traffic Management sites and collecting in another 3 before my office day job tomorrow.
