TehMik Posted May 4, 2015 Report Share Posted May 4, 2015 I can see why she is skeptical! As I recall from my nursing days, at 162 degrees farenheit skin is destroyed on contact. Since you are reporting that the saunas are 212 degrees farenheit it seems a bit outlandish! Personally I find 100c to be extremely uncomfortable. It's hard to breathe, and honestly cannot take more than 30 seconds of it. 90C is at the far end of the comfortable end of the scale. 75C-85C is the sweet spot. Well, you have to admit that this place is so epic because the shenanigans have been cut down in the rest of the forums. It's for the best, though. Z isn't back yet.
