One of my McVey pieces had lost the forearm (snapped off the main body), and despite me buying it months back in England they're sending me a new one out here no trouble. Wyrd have the same attitude from what I've seen, so if it's really bad then ask. But like you say, no point asking unless it's going to take idiotic amounts of resculpt to make it work.
