Each time I figure out a template to make for each Master I find a new rule that means I need to go back and redo each page for each Master I've already done.. Here is what I have so far as rules. Model limit (Rare# unique) Merc Limit (2) Von Schills exception to merc limit Freikorps rule 1 type of totem Ramos - Borrowed Tech Marcus - Beast master C Hoffman - Constructs Henchmen rule (1 per master) Henchmen as Master With force restrictions SS Limit if henchman is your master Collodi & Marionette (must buy 1 marionette) Johan cost difference (MSU) Special Forces Rule Basically its going to be 1 Tab for each possible master and all the model they can Hire. With color coding if a rule is broken. For the time being it will only be for scraps, I may add extra tabs for Brawls but will be stuck with both masters coming form the same faction. I'll post here if it breaks any of the Wyrd rules for posts they can remove it. In the mean time I've had to undo some of my work a couple time because I discovered a mistake in the logic. And I only really know Archanists & mercs, Before I start doing all the data entry for other factions I'm hoping to get a list of the rules and exceptions in building an army. Can you guys post any I've missed. PS: I Will not be adding all key words/abilities/Stats/ect.... Just Names and costs. So don't bug me on it. Coppelius (Unexplained connection - can be hired by C. Hoffman) Dreamer (Rare on Teddy is lifted) Dreamer (Can hire 3 Daydreams) Zoraida (Can hire any model with WP 4 or less) I assume your totem ruling "1 type of totem" takes into account that certain totems can only be hired by certain masters. I already made a list of Mercs, Beasts, Ramos friendly models, I know archanist well enough to do Hoffman. As for totems, I'm aware of fact most totems are reserved. I'm also aware of the Mechanical birds/ The dreamer totem is limited to 3. Are there more with the ability to come in more than 1. For simplicity I set them up as RareX. Setting up rules for the different Spec Forces forces are going to be the biggest pain, exceptionally with the exception to the exception of the force leaders. Also when hired by non-outkast master she costs an additional 2 SS. Hamelin - When in Crew, the Crew can hire 1 Ht 1 model from any faction. Hamelin the Plagued - May only hire Ht1, Insignificant, and Soulless models from any faction with no additional cost. Jack Daw - Crews with this model may hire "The Hanged" models. Nix - can only be hired in crews with Hamelin (either) Rat Catcher - Can only be hired in crews with Hamelin the Plagued I'm not as familiar with the Outkasts as I am with the Neverborn. But I don't know about the Totem's. Can Marcus use the Wendigo? I didn't think he could since it says 'Totem (Rasputina)'? I don't play Marcus though, so don't quote me on that. MrNybbles Posted February 4, 2011 Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 Totems which specify a master or masters in their Totem characteristic can only be hired and connected to those specific masters unless some ability specifically says you can disregard this limitation. Currently no master can do that so you can only hire totems with the Totem(Master) characteristic out-of-faction. The Mechanical Doves allow a maximum of 3 to be connected to Colette at one time. I missed Rusty Allice, Got Freikorps librarian and the Performer & Mannekin (+2 SS as merc) The 1 HT Hamlin rule I think will be ignored for now. I don't want 1/2 the models on every page. Coryphée cannot be taken in a crew not containing an Arcanist Master - ie. Leveticus and Hoffman cannot. Remember that Performers have the Mercenary trait. And... Noone mentioned Kirai yet! She can take every spirit in the game. Non-Ress spirits I can think of at the moment: Primordial Magic, Essence of Power, Insidious Madness, Stolen, Snow Storm, Nix. Oh and in Kirai's crew everyone that isn't a Spirit gets Rare1.. Troublesome Don't know if this is of any help at all but - Special Forces: Bold indicates the leader, ie. lifts the max-2-limit. Elite Division: Lucius Guild Guard Captain Lawyer Ryle Horror: Molly Squidpiddge Rogue Necromancy M&SU Asset: Kaeris - Ramos lifts the max-2-limit aswell. Gunsmith Large Steampunk Arachnid Soulstone Miner Doll: Collodi - Zoraida lifts the max-2-limit aswell. This started as just a list for my PDA, but realized I was typing up over 30 % of the book and my friends will bug me for their factions. Once it became a project with a final product for other that I don't want to be bugged about later my professionalism kicked in and all the details were needed. If I take this to brawl level it will be huge list per page, kinda defeating the benifit, and should be done bu a proessional programmer, I'm limited by the fact I can't program for Android or Iphone and it needs to be usable on the version of office on my phone. I have noticed that several threads on various sites that refer to army list creators that have the words "army" and "builder" together in the title have had to be removed because of copyright issues with that company that makes armybuilder. I want to make this a positive and get you to come up with a better name for your project... builder is so tired and does not fit the theme of Malifaux anyway.. Don't forget that Performer and Mannequin cost 2 extra when taken as mercenaries, but Desperate Mercenary costs 2 no matter who hires him. Stolen is also not a Spirit; Jack Daw is.
