KaspaV
How would a marcus entire cat themed beast crew play. 35pts - Marcus myranda 2x Cerberus 2x Hoarcats pride It looks like a fun themed crew to field but is the 2nd cerberus really any better then the rattler? Wombats
I'd go a third pride and make sure to hoarde high Crows for Devour. They are fine by themselves but you are paying for Devour so why not nail a Master with it once their hand runs out? I'd suggest a Jackalope as well, maybe, totems are generally awesome. paperbag4
I second the extra Hoarcat Pride. You really need 2 to make them work, so a spare is nice.
Hapless Peon
Remember you can always have Myranda turn into a Rattler if you need it or alternatively another Cerberus. Note: it is just theory from my part, Marcus is going to be my next master and I have been looking into it.
Wombats
You could even turn her into a Hoarcat Pride to get your Devour on...if you have high Crows cards. She'd be great to introduce a healing flip into a Rasputina list, too.

Unless I'm missing something, devour only affects Ht1 models, ie. none of the masters?
paperbag4
if you have a hoarcat pride within 3" of another hoarcat pride, they gain +3 CA and the ability to devour Ht 2 models, which is why you need to run multiples and redundancies. Wombats
Chomped Lilith the other day, thats what the Dear Rasputina thread was about. Took me about 9 trys on a straight flip...should have burnt her down with Rasputina from a tactical perspective. Although I lost, I won from an awesome perspective
paperbag4
The only thing that I've ever been able to successfully devour was Seamus. My buddy went "Hard to Kill" and I said "No."
Pandora
I like the Cerberus for a couple of reasons. Its better in scenarios. It is much faster, leap and stalker, for taking and holding objectives, capturing treasure and things of that nature. Also with Marcus it gives you a third option to scare off their squad. 2 Cerberus and Myranda. If you can effectively howl with Marcus and Roar with any of those 3 models, you should get a few of the multiple enemy models in the area to fall back. If they fall back once, you should win the game just on that alone. Fall back doesn't activate 'til their next activation. They run away. The activation after that they do nothing but rally. The activation after that they have to use 2 AP movement just to get back to where they were 2 turns ago. Utterly devastating against melee armies. You just consumed 3 of the turns of more than one enemy model in a 6 turn game. I say Cerberus. Try him out.
