stephengroy
Being a nonstandard size, standard card sleeves ain't cutting it. What are all of you using?
Vladigar
I plan to laminate them.
goblyn13
there is Lamination, also, there are the photo sleeves that are 3.5x5 that hold 4 photos that they can fit into (but they do tend to move around in there are its not a perfect fit.) paperbagfox
3x5 top loaders work great, and you can use a marker on them for wounds

greenstuff_gav
till i get a hold of some of those plastic sheet thingys i simply took a standard card protector, cut one edge off and it slides over the wound counter section
paperbag4
The top loaders are made by Ultra-Pro (I'm pretty sure). If you can't find them at a local shop, there are places that sell them online (cough*sig*cough). I can't recommend them enough.
DangerousBeans
I cut my cards in half and put them in standard sleeves with some tape holding the two halves to make a wee book. Works pretty well. Some of the models don't need the other half of the card anyway.

CrazyBones
I laminated mine after trying the top loaders. I much prefer the lamination.
