I've been kicking and screaming about not getting into yet another game, but after buying a bunch of models from the Wyrd gencon booth two years ago, I guess it was only a matter of time... What attracts me in Wyrd are the neat models, the card system, and the limited number of models on a table. I often play Confrontation 3 or Warmachine with 4 models tops in 400-500AP, so I'm pretty happy to see a game designed for the likes of me whose brains can't process more than a (small) handful of minis on a table. The flip side is that I won't have that convenient "too few models = not competitive" excuse when I lose any longer. Which sucks, I'll have to learn to win now.
