Chameleon
Hi all, Sorry this isn't a Wyrd mini, but I thought I'd share anyway. I started painting this a couple of months ago. The bulk of the main painting is done, and I had a little break from it, but now I need to 'dirty' it, because that's what GW likes. So, anyway, just made a start on the dirtying process, but thought I'd post what I've got so far to see if there are any more comments that could help me get past that-oh so illusive- first cut in GD! I've also put him on cmon if you'd like to vote: http://www.coolminiornot.com/227506 I've only just posted it, so it may take a few hours to get up and running. I figured that putting it on cmon might give me some idea of how good/bad it is and how much I might need to cover with dirt! Cheers! EricJ
I've painted a lot of GW in my days, and I don't mind looking at their models painted well, as this one is. Good work here, it's a very nice presentation!
Nathan Caroland
Very nice, very clean. I can see this one just coming out of the chapterhouse after a long refurbishment.
Shade
What a nice crisp Ultramarine Dread! Now - if it were only a Crimson Fist... Just goes to show that the plastic dread in the Black Reach boxed set does paint up nicely! Good Job! ~Shade~
mechaace
That is a really nice dreadnought so it is. Especially like the scroll work. I don't know if I'd bother dirtying it up, as good as it can be it's becoming a bit overused these days. All it needs is now is a couple of holes from rail cannon shells. Silmarilias
Very nice neat subtle paint job and i would not bother dirtying it up too much as it looks like a rookie or refurbished unit , Ultra`s rock too by the way.
Peterdita
Looks great as is to me! Just got his shiny new paintjob and is ready to go get it on!
