Cynder
Playing Turf War, is says “can” flip if an enemy model is killed: does that mean if I kill my opponents model but I don’t say “so your markers here are flipped back to neutral”, my opponent gets to keep that turf? 0 Adran
I think that strictly yes. I can't think of a reason you wouldn't flip a marker if you could, but the need to say which marker is flipped is required for when you have more than 1 marker you could flip ( as you only get to flip one marker when you kill a model). I normally have some way to mark the status of the marker anyway so it's second nature to make the change as it happens so there are no questions and no confusion later on. 0 Maniacal_cackle
Often in my games we forget and then mark it later. I think it is a unsporting to do a gotcha on that.
0 DuBlanck
I try not to do that, certainly not if more than one opponent activation has happened, as it can have a pretty significant impact on activation priority. It's not often either player will forget, though, given that those kills are so often intentionally to deny/enable Strat VP.
