The one you have will be a Wyrd model and 100% legal, but if you would prefer the bigger one you can contact either the shop you bought the model from or Wyrd customer support and see if they can sort you out. I don't remember them changing the size of Calypso. I remember the back of the box changing, but that's not the sculpt... But if you're concerned you can post a pic here...
