Anya Lycarayen ability question

Sorry, this may sound stupid, but i can't figure out wording on "Expansionist" 

So, enemies treat area as hazardous around scheme markers friendly to them or friendly to Anya?

Abilities are written as the model that its on, so 'friendly' here refers to 'friendly to Anya'

Could you, please, give me a quote? It's not that i don't believe you, i just feel ashamed how i completely missed that in the rulebook (or FAQ, maybe?)

Third paragraph of Friendly, Enemy and Control:

Quote

Every Ability, Action, and Trigger on a model’s Stat Card and Attached Upgrades treats the use of “friendly” and “enemy” from its point of view.

That’s page 26 of the free PDF, not sure off hand what the page number is in the printed book.  But’s in the table of contents.

But that’s why it’s all relative to Anya.
