Does that mean? a) A friendly model has to engaged by the target? b) The target has to be engaged by a friendly model? c) One or the other? For a) I'd expect to see it written "target must be engaging a friendly model" for b) "target must be engaged by a friendly model" I think the "with" implies an engagement just needs to be occurring between them. Models are friendly to themselves (which is why various effects will say "other friendly models" while others say just "friendly models"). So the target has to be engaged by a friendly model. That can be either the model with the straightjacket action, or some other friendly model. Note that "engaged with" means "engaged", whether engaged by or engaging you get the same result. The "with" is there because it's making a point about who is involved. And compare the wording on Restraints: Quote Enemy models with Staggered that are engaged by this model are ....
