What are Ressers options to remove:
- Non scheme Markers (for example Rasputina pillars)

- Conditions?

Well every model can remove Ice pillars as they are destructible terrain.

Molly has Lost Knowledge.

There is plenty that does scrap and corpse stuff

 

Conditions,

Mc Morning, Nurses, Von Stock, Francis, Bone pile.

(there is also several specialised ones that either lower burning or poisoned, or only work on certain keywords, like the seishin)

My mistake, questions was too generic. What models are best for removing markers, for example Gremlins have wrestlers or Outcast have Drachen Trooper. Both of those models have easy access to remove markers like Rasputina pillars

Molly is realllly good for marker removal (she draws two cards when she removes a marker), but I can't think of anyone else in faction (other than the copious corpse marker removal).

Conditions wise, Archie (also in Molly's keyword) ignores gaining conditions, so can be very potent against condition-based crews.

Drachen Troopers (and Mad dog) are only useful for removing Destructable markers. (which the ice pillars are)

There are very few models in the game that can remove non destructible markers (such as Titanias undergrowth markers), (Molly, Wrastlers, Lucky Emissary are about all I can think of. there are probably a few more, but almost certainly not 1 for each faction).

Ressers have no Mass destructible terrain removing models that I can see, if its ice pillars in particular you want to remove. But all models can do it for 1 action while they are within 1".
