Is it true that a push ends in btb contact with terrain, even if the model has something like flight?

Pushes
A push is an effect that moves a model in a straight line, such as an explosive force
shoving a model back, or a model being thrown by a larger friend. Talents that
cause a push (instead of a move) will state that the effect is a push.
A push is not a normal move, and it does not count as a “move” for rules purposes.
Pushes are not affected by severe terrain. (page 46)

Flight: This model is immune to falling
damage and may ignore any terrain or
models while moving.

Incorporeal: This model ignores, and
is ignored by, other models and terrain
during any movement or push. Reduce all
damage this model suffers from Sh and Ml
Attack Actions by half.

Note the difference between Flight and incorporeal that I've put in bold. A model doesn't "fly" during a push, but a push can go through severe terrain, so the actual answer is they might stop if they hit an impassable bit of terrain, but, if it doesn't contain that trait , they will still move

"The pushed model cannot pass through impassable
objects (such as other models, or walls) or climb." Page 43 or book 1. Looks like a push stops at any terrain with height.

Only if it's impassable. Forests are typically ht 5 but they don't stop models from moving or pushing into them. You can define walls as severe terrain with ht 1 but then they don't stop pushes. The most common definition here is them being ht 1, impassable, climbable in which case they stop pushes.

I think the push only ends if it comes into contact with impassable terrain (edit: or another model) - otherwise the push ignores it. You can push through a forest, but not a building. I also don't think flight affects pushes as pushes are not considered moves.
