Popular Post Flieger Posted July 13, 2017 Popular Post Report Posted July 13, 2017 Greetings! I`d like to share some of my recently painted minis with the community. I don`t want to squeeze too many pictures into one post so I`ll post them one by one. Hope you like them! First off with the Performer from Colette`s band. Her face is the best I`ve painted so far - and it`s surprising that it actually has eyelids sculpted in! 12 Quote
Viruk Posted July 13, 2017 Report Posted July 13, 2017 This is some superb brushwork, the highlights on the folds of her dress look particularly impressive. I look forward to seeing more of your work. Quote

I look forward to seeing more of your work. Thank you! Here is more: Colette herself. This was the first time ever I painted stockings, hope they don`t look too terrible. And the first member of my favourite unit of all Malifaux - Oxfordian Mage. The worst part is to make myself paint the other two Mages - textures look great but are quite tedious to paint after all. 11 Quote
Treehouse Posted July 18, 2017 Report Posted July 18, 2017 Totally love your painting style, choice of palette and hues of different colors. Very vivd. The face of the performer is simply stunning. Only Colettes hair seems unfinished. Quote

Colette`s hair really does seem unfinished, I`ll return to her once I painted my other stuff. Meanwhile, here go Gamins for Sandeep`s band (occasionally Colette`s). Really like these little guys, now only have to get two other types. 10 Quote

Dima_v Posted September 4, 2017 Report Posted September 4, 2017 B&W Cassandra is one of the best painted Malifaux minis I've ever seen. Any tips on painting black like that? 1 Quote

There`s not much to tell about this black. I start with German Grey and then gradually highlight using stippling technique with Neutral Grey and finally Dead White. All paints by Vallejo. Shadows painted with Abaddon Black (Citadel), it`s quite darker than German Grey and fits nicely. Hope this helped a bit! 2 Quote

Lucky for me I have one of them. Don't have Neutral Grey so might need to look at similar ones in the P3 range. Quote
