Scheme marker examples

Does anyone have any good examples of scheme markers? I know they should be as flat as possible because you can stand on them.

I mostly play gremlins right now so I was thinking of just getting some blasted wetlands bases from secret weapons(was planning the same thing for scrap and corpse tokens as well)

But I was hoping to see if anyone made any neat ones or as a side note are poker chips 30mm? I was also thinking about using them,

I feel scheme markers should have a lot of character to lol

I've cut 30 mm circles of .75 mm plasticard, painted them in the faction colour, applied a printed decal of the faction symbol, and varnished them. They may be too "plain" for your tastes but I've concentrated on functionality as even a regular lipped based can make uneven footing for some models.

I just print the symbols on photo paper and pva them to 30mm mdf disks (which aren't lipped) which I got off a company called Minibits for 15 for £1 I think.Basic but the mdf disks should be what you're looking for to start.

If you can print then the right size then laminating seems like a handy way to keep them flat and durable.

I've got little crates made from coffee stirrers stuck to 30mm bases, only had any issues once or twice with models needing to stand on them.
