Can a master or henchman affected by sewn fate prevent the damage transferred to them by spending a soul stone?

Note that getting Sewn Fate Condition onto a Master is extraordinarily difficult since Hem specifies "non-Master". I can't off-hand think of a way, actually.

Just be aware that it can come from multiple sources at once.  So if the Doll has burning +2, Poison +1, and so does your model, it will take damage from 4 sources.  The Voodoo Doll will take 2 damage from the burning, 1 damage from the Poison, and you will take 2 damage from burning plus the 1 from poison.  So to prevent each source would require a SS.

It's the Sewn Fate condition that does the damage though so even if the original damage to the Voodoo Doll couldn't be prevented by Soul Stones, the damage from Sewn Fate still can.

This goes for all damage sources, e.g. if the Voodoo Doll takes damage from burning a model with Sewn Fate and an ability that reduces burning damage to 0 (e.g. Rail golem) would still take damage since the damage is no longer burning.
