Round 2 you will choose the schemes your opponent will play. Round 3 you will play with your hands face up on odd numbered turns. Round 4 you will play with your hands face up on even numbered turns. Why: Because my birthday is April 1st (no, really) and I feel like doing silly things that weekend.
