jonatep
I did my first nicodem battle againt marcus. My though of it: reager grin is great for defense and combo with maniacal laugh. Rogue necromancy is a really bad idea againt marcus. Necropunk are great so as punk zombie and bete noire (as long as you keep a 10+). I had a great moment, a mindless zombie kill a snake (black joker for him on defense, red joker on damage!) fail on mortimer corpse sucks. I have on question about it: do sacrifice generate corpse marker?
Fetid Strumpet
Sacrificing does not generate a counter.
jonatep
ok that's how we played it. Nicodem summoning is harder than dreamer because we don't generally have a lot of corpse and a opponent can go on it to cover it and forbid its use. Clement
It's really popular to bring canine remains and/or Mortimer with Nico for corpse generation to help get "the engine" rolling. If you're feeling really aggressive about it, Mortimer with My Favorite Shovel and Corpse Bloat can churn out 2 corpses a turn AND keep up with Nico as you advance toward the middle. Pricey though. How does a model standing on the Corpse marker stop you in any way from using said corpse marker?

It would need to be 40mm based models though to totally cover it. 30 won't do it.
Paddywhack
OK, thats what i thought he might mean. I would agree you'd need a 40mm base to do it though. Never thought of that myself.
