WalkingInBlack
Okay I think there was a intro adventure but was it only the tester groups that got it or can it be found somewhere?
Mako
There was a intro adventure? I never saw one or used one, and I was in testing from the start. There are a few guides about adventure hooks in the FMs guide though, if I remember rightly...
WalkingInBlack
I was not sure about it, but I do remember many had run the adventure where the players were in the train and it sounded like it was some starter (intro) adventure. Mako
Ohh, i remember now - I think that was just a suggestion in the testing, based off something Mack had run himself. We had a variation where the train ended up in a strange alternate city, some people ran train attacks, pretty sure there were others. It may even be mentioned as a good intro adventure, to get the party together and into malifaux. Not sure there's a set adventure like a DnD campaign thing, though. WalkingInBlack
It would have been nice with a into adventure to make a quick intro to the game without having to preparing to much.
JazzNazz
You could use the adventure from the TTB podcast as a blueprint or wait for the penny dreadfuls series to be relised but I'm not sure when that will be ready
WalkingInBlack
Well I'm guessing that the penny dreadfuls won't be out before after the books has be in retail for a while.
EnternalVoid
Ya the train thing was a hook that I got thrown out by Mack I believe. Saw like 3-4 variations people posted of the hook, all where different but was a Hook centered on the train trying to come through the breach or right after it came through. WalkingInBlack
The reason I asked about a already made intro adventure is because I wanted to introduce the game to some people and I wanted a quick to go to as I didn't want to sit and come up with something, they are dice RPG players and are very skeptical about a RPG where you use cards in stead of dices, I guess something like the intro adventure they are going to use ad Gen Con might be an idea. Having something to quickly start up with would help a lot to getting things started and if they get interested then I can start making something... I guess. Brewmaster
Been super busy prepping for Gencon, but once I've had downtime, I plan on posting my IntroAdventure "Murder on the Rails" as a PDF.
Mike3838
That would be very helpful if people could share their adventures. As a complete RPG noob, I wouldn't really know where to start in putting together an adventure in terms of what to prepare, level of detail etc etc. Obviously the books give guidance (mine haven't come through yet, but soon hopefully!) but actually seeing what people typically use would be a great start. Guest
The Through The Breach podcast have been playing through a RPG campaign recently. Different groups'll have different dynamics, and a lot of it is hinged (or unhinged) based on what the fate keeper will be like.

LordZombie
I do plan on posting up the stats and some ideas from the TTB podcast RP if people want to use them in their campaigns.
