spectrehorseman
Hello, I am new to Malifaux, but not new to painting and collecting minis. I downloaded the new wave 2 cards in pdf format and then realized that many of the cards do not have actual models for them. Is there a plan to release these in the future so each card as its own miniature? That would be awesome as I think the 2.0 models are some of the best horror/steam punk themed models out there. I am building a huge model train city game board for Arkham Horror and Malifaux characters are the perfect scale (they are even the same size as the Investigator Minis made for Arkham Horror from Fantasy Flight Games) and they fit the 1920's era with their steampunk influence and also fit the Lovecraft Universe with their Horror aspects. Tuttleboy
Many of the models in the wave 2 cards haven't been released yet and some are out in metal and will be re-released in plastic.
MasterDisaster
Every card in both the Wave 1 Arsenal decks and Wave 2 Beta Files which are now in their finalized form will have models for them at some point. Wyrd have been a little slow and sporadic when it comes to releases but it's looking hopeful that all the old metals will be replaced with plastics and anything without a model will eventually get one. I just wish they'd release stuff faster so they can take my money!
spectrehorseman
Cool, sounds great. I'd buy them all. They are affordable and awesome looking. I have a shitload of Warhammer Fantasy but GW has really screwed their shit up with the prices and policies so I'd like to boycott them. Malifaux is the perfect stop for me. spectrehorseman
Welcome aboard! Thanks, nice avatar by the way. I have the whole Spawn collection up to issue 225. It started getting stale so I finally dropped it after reading it since issue #

I agree. Greg Capullo was the man (who drew your avatar). He's currently drawing the New 52 Batman and that is worth a read if you're still into comics. As for Malifaux, whoever does the artwork is amazing too. I love the style and they have created a really unique universe.

I got a bit into Haunt but I haven't read it in two years now, I should catch up with it.
