  1. I don't own Voodoo Doll card but on beta card (and on those that I have found on internet) it doesn't say that Voodoo Doll is Rare 1. So there are no restrictions for summoning it at all. Summon Voodoo Doll Immediatelly sacrifice all other firendly totems That is all.
  2. I think that this would be one of those exceptions where specific beats general. Is Voodoo Doll Rare 1? I don't think it is.
  3. It says: 'Immediatelly sacrifice all other friendly totems.' That means that you can summon new one even though you already have Voodooo Doll in play. At the end of the action the summoned one will be only friendly totem in play.
  4. Oh no, I meant that Gracie the Pig is named after Gracie Law and because with the upgrade 'Saddle' Gracie drags Burt Jabson around it is like Jack Burton's truck which in the movie is called Pork Chop Express.
  5. Regarding Czech Republic, there are 3 main player groups. Königs Graz (Hradec Králové), Prague (Praha) and Pilsen (Plzeň). There is a Tournament Series in Prague - Master of Malifaux, with tournament rounds usually 2 months apart. Last round and series finale was held on 22.11. 2014. If you, and your friends as well, would be interested in participating I would find more info and contact organizator.

  7. It's all medley of characters from the movie. Gracie = Pork Chop Express (Jack Burton's Truck) named after Gracie Law (lead female character) Wong = Egg Shen (The Magician) named after Wang Chi (Jack's friend) Egg Shen owns Six Demon Bag (Wong has only demo version - Three Demon Bag). Burt Jebsen = Jack Burton Jack Burton's catchphrase: "It's all in the reflexes." And a lot more.
  8. Exact wording is: 'If the enemy Leader is killed or sacrificed gain 2 VP.' so Bengt is right.
  9. I was quite satisfied with how I painted my Kin... and then I saw yours. Damn you and your painting skills! You just made yourself a very powerless enemy Sarius! DO YOU HEAR ME?!
  10. So I watched an instructional video, how actual ropes are made. They consist of 3... those things I described initially (Double helixes I guess? Sorry, english is not my native language.). So it seems, that green stuff is not an ideal material for that, because it would end up too thick. So try to make 3 of those out of wire and than twist them.
  11. It is not difficult to make a rope out of green stuff at all. Just roll two thin strings and twist them. Just give it a try and if it doesn't work... well, you didn't loose anything apart from tiny bit of green stuff.
  12. That is the most Gremlin thing I have ever heard.

    Ulix ... Ball?

  14. I don't think that there is a reason to make a new model for Wong. Even though he and Burt Jebsen are going to be the only Gremlins in 2nd edition that have noses. Actually... his model is identical with his depiction in Crossroads and on the M2E cards, so I am quite sure.

    Boremaster?

What I understand from other posts, Closing Time (Brewmaster Crew Box) was postponed due to hight inconsistency of models. Wyrd is also considering changing miniature manufacturer if I am not mistaken (Miss Ery being the first model done by the new one).

    Boremaster?

Having no damaging actions at all actually sounds quite fun to me. What doesn't sound fun though is preventing your opponent from playing. So I don't think that having different playstyle is the problem here, just having this particular one. I mean... at least for me, I am sure there are people that would enjoy that immensely.

    Boremaster?

I am considering purchasing Brewmaster Crew Box - The Closing Time when it comes out, because artwork and lore of those characters (Brewmaster, Apprentice Wesley, Fingers, 3 Moon Shinobi) looks beautiful and fun. I read through their fluff, cards and PullMyFinger pages and at first glance it seemed that to play them would be quite entertaining. And indeed in Darguth's poll 'Who is your favorite Gremlin M2E Master coming out of beta testing?' is Brewmaster at second place (Wong being most favorite), but I also found a lot of posts about how terribly boring playing against Brewmaster is. So I wanted to ask people that have played either Brewmaster or against him, if you would be so nice and share your experience. Not how strong he is, but mainly if you and your opponent enjoyed the game. Thank you
  18. Malifaux 2nd Edition Rulebook - Ophelia LaCroix: "It was an independent but identical realization to Som'er's; that it was the person with the big hat who gave the orders." It seems odd that 2nd edition Francois LaCroix and Young LaCroix (those piggy back riding ones) models have considerably bigger hats than Ophelia has. Don't get me wrong, I think that The Kin - Ophelia Box Set contains amazing models (apart from height inconsistency which has been discused several times) and I really like the fluff, I just don't understand logic behind this decision.
