  1. Unfortunately Reactivate gets capped at once per model per turn.
  2. There is the strange irony of having to stand out in the middle of no-mans land to get some of the best medical attention in Malifaux.
  3. Pariah of Bone on Levy + Howard Langston with Scramble is my favourite. Nimble AP can cover even more distance over a game.
  4. In a smaller match, summoning is going to be even more attractive than it is at higher stone games. Alyce can potentially become a summoner if you want to depart from rats. But if you suspect your opponents will be summoning, or growing nephilim - Taelor could become an interesting meta choice.
  5. The Smoke upgrade is possibly why the brothers didn't get Last Blossom. Protect our holdings plus the potential to move large distances, plus defensive stance... May have been too good for 5ss.
  6. Chances are you'll be working up from an already light base colour and a white or gray primer. An off-white like a bone, undead flesh or tan can help lighten your base without going with pure white. (might want to save it for final highlights and actual whites) If you are layering up light colours, the rule of multiple thinned layers are better than one applies doubly - with so much white pigment in the light colours it can get chalky very quickly. Shading could be limited to a tiny controlled stroke of the pure base colour in the very deepest recesses - you want to avoid having to build up a pastel again from a dark colour whereever possible. Just some thoughts
  7. Oldest Magic on Jack Daw even works indoors unlike flight
  8. I might be mistaken, but think a large part of his obsession was he was trying to 'cure' Molly of undeath/dependance on Seamus. Really hope if a model is made for him, he is made as a "brain in a jar"- which option is sort of open as he is a recluse.
  9. Mako thank you for another great tutorial, have only had a chance to have a quick read though but love the breakdown of the anatomy (The blue and white object is Yin's detached body right?) edit - over the page ninja'd
  10. Grim: the first four last blossom hired with infiltration are at their normal cost. Presently you can hire on top of that two mercs with the extra cost. Misaki hasn't got explicit support for her crew like Yan Lo, McCabe or Shenlong. She is more an elite mobile runner and opportunist who can threaten a large area and offers her best support in a combat role ending engagements cleanly - kind of like a super torakage. She can be played as a glass cannon easily enough with the usual risks. Outcasts / Thunders option is really just an idea to consider as both factions have relatively similar models outside the last blossom core: Johan / Chiaki & Monk of Low River - conditions. Lone Swordsman / Ronin - MI Convict & Hans & Specialist / Archer & Sniper - SH Bishop & Taelor & Killjoy / Ototo - Beats
  11. Maybe we're being saved the disappointment of microwaved bacon
  12. Hypothetical: 1. If the Pigapult is Glowy, does the bacon taste better?
  13. The plastic crew seems to be not far off for release, but don't think its confirmed how many skeeters it will contain (hopefully a pair). If you're not in a rush it might be worth waiting to see the sculpts. Also, pretty sure Som'er will have a use for some more bayou gremlins too if you pick up the new crew box On the topic of insect wings, the following link has a nifty idea: http://23lines.blogspot.com.au/2008/07/commutatus-tyranid-gargoyle-conversion.html?m=1
  14. Ratty: what are you doing!.... :-P Some sort of badass coulrophopic character as a master could work... Probably some guild division against mimes is needed too.
