  1. Ill look into that mate. Getting to Bristol Temple Meads station is a defo possibility. Thanks, Chris
  2. I would really like to come but none of my driving mates are up for it. Trains from Weymouth look shocking on that day. Anyone going from down south anywhere I could look into meeting and sharing with? I know one other mate wants to come with me as well. Cheers, Chris
  3. Ah you're a star bro! Picked up the Woodland Scenics and Pegasus Games ones. Cheers.
  4. Hey, I'm looking to add some Cacti to my models bases and display base. I really like the one you get in the Ghost Town Accessories and ill be picking one of them up. Any ideas on getting more, with maybe varying sizes / styles. Thanks, Chris
  5. Best bases ever? Quite possibly. Get some paint on these bad boys!
  6. Wow man, these are brilliant. I'm a massive fan of pastel effects and you've executed it amazingly here. Great work. Look forward to seeing more. Chris
  7. Coming on very well bro. Easily some of your best work. The basing works a treat with the colour scheme. The only time they look any better is in your dead pile!
  8. Hey, Just wanna say thanks to the organisers and everyone at the club for putting on a great show and being welcoming to us new guys. Also to Dom for making the long drive late on a cold Tuesday evening. I had a fantastic time and was really really chuffed with my result. Malifaux is a new game to me so it's nice to feeling like I'm starting to click with it. Really pleased with how my crew worked, went like clockwork all evening. So thanks to Garry, Joe, Ole & Matt for 4 really good games of Malifaux. We'll be back for sure (if you'll have us! ) Cheers, Chris x
  9. Hey, I have the following blister packs for sale. They are brand new. Please note they are blister packs of individual models and not box sets... 1x Collodi 2x Marionettes (4 models per blister) Looking for cash or The Drowned & Gaki in trade. Chris
  10. I'm still not sure I'm making sense to you!! I'm choosing a Master to lead my crew, then including a Henchman as part of my 15SS crew, hiring him as I would any minion. What time is this expected to go on until. Thanks. Chris
  11. Nice video Ben. I enjoyed it. Probably cos me and my models were in it #ego Do you have any others?
  12. Hey, That's great. We will be bringing 2-4 players for sure. Sounds perfect for us noobs (expect Joe, he is a gamey b*stard haha!) I think you miss understand my question though. I plan on having Lady Justice as my master and then including a Henchman as part of my 15SS. I'm pretty sure this will be fine as its basically the same pack as the Hardcore at the GT. Chris
  13. Cheers, So being a noob, can I clarify; Is it ok to have my crew led by a Master, but then include a Henchman as part of my 15SS crew? Also are non painted minis allowed? Chris
  14. Yeah as Joe says we reckon we can bring 3-4 people up from Weymouth/Poole. What are the painting requirements? Chris
  15. Yeah no worries Jo, doesn't matter to me and my meagre 2 wins anyhow. Just interested
  16. Hey, Really enjoyed all my games over the weekend; every one was against a fantastic opponent who was seemingly happy to help out a new player Feel like I'm starting to click with the game. The schedule was massively different to what I'm used to with WFB, and in my eager beaver noob state right now I think I'd just rather more games (or earlier finishes). But that's just me. Prize support seemed fantastic. Was great to meet some new people as well as seeing some people I already know. Don't wanna start listing names as ill forget someone!! The weirdest thing in my eyes is the lack of a full breakdown of tournament standings! Is this the norm for Malifaux? Was pleased to get nominated for best painted. Just wish I could've had more models painted for a more impressive force. Technically I am immensely happy with them but understand they don't stand out much as some of the others that were there. Odd, as usually at WFB events I feel my army is the total opposite in this case (stands out with colour/conversion, but not technically as good). Ben, who I played round one, got my vote and was a worthy winner. Well done. Congratulations to all the winners. If nothing else it shows me that with a bit of practice, average Warhammer Fantasy players can own this game!!! ;p j/k Thanks to Jo for all her hard work & making me feel welcome. Oh, and for the cold chow mein!! Hope to see you all again in the not to distant future, Much love, Chris xxx Finally, if my geek book (full of notes on my Lizardmen games this year) or Rules Manuel (unmarked) showed up anywhere it'd be great to get them back.
  17. Still have my Lucius and an ill planned display base to finish, never mind printing out all required tokens etc. Pretty stressed to be honest. Oh, guess I need to know the rules as well! Arghhh Anyway, please come say hi to me at the weekend if you don't mind the walk down to the bottom table! Looking forward to experiencing the Malifaux community Chris xxx
  18. Hey there boys & girls, Would love to get my hands on a Miss Terious. PM me if you have one for sale. I live in the UK. Cheers, Chris
  19. So I thought the Malifaux scene was looking like it could do with a taint of The Black Sun, so myself and The Joe Hadfield (who actually knows what he's doing with this game!) are rocking up to this for "the Lolz" as the kids would say. I recognise a few names off the list of entrants from the WFB scene etc, but I look forward to making many new friends, drinking buddies and enemies over the weekend! Chris Btw, I don't know how to play this game :s
