And I'm paid! Though I probably should have included a message as the payment will come from Ian not Stuart. It's an identity thing and I blame my parents. Some questions about crew composition, first can I use Tara then or not? Don't think she is officially wave 1 and that's about the only model I could think of released but not in wave 1. Presumably things like the Monk of the Low River is alowed as the rules are out even though the model is not (proxy). lastly you reference 4 rounds in the crew composition section but only list 3 in the timings. Is that a deliberate mistake to check we read it or is there a ninja stealth round a some point? Stu

Howdy! Don't stress it. due to lack of opponents when I started I took the strategy of going to tournaments to learn to play and never had any problems... Well appart from wining... But practice makes perfect and now I'm thoroughly mediocre.

True. I would personally prefer two days. My wife would prefer I only go away for one. However the problem with one day events is the feasibility of travel/journey time. Now if one was being run in Sheffield... *cough*

True. Plus as my travel is limited at the moment the more events closer to me the better. For personally the game feels the same. Sure I could pick up on different rules that change the game (soul stones) but it still feels the same to me. I'm just curious.

I'd have said that if we are not carefull there are going to be to many events. 4M and Toy Soldier being very close for example.

Personally I am all in. Firstly v2 is the latest version so like it or lump it tht is the game. Secondly, whilst I have only played a limited number of games, it still feels like malifaux to me. Yes there are differences but I don't feel there is anything that detracts from the game. In fact I do think the changes are for the better. so lets go for it!

Did you say you'd changed the day? I'm in by the way as I've pulled out of TS becuase it's an overnight event. This however is just nice and close

Doesn't matter that much as I have to pull out anyway. Child related isses and me sufferning from a case of "GrumpyWifeFace" means I need o pull out of an overnight tournament.

Can I just ask what the state of play is for this. There doesn't seem to be a lot of activity with the entrant lists either here or on The Warhammer Forum page. As I'm currently having child issues and a night away might not be the best idea I don't want to turn up and find there is only 4 of us...

4 rounds is probably a push for a sunday... three might be better with slightly more time

Just some information really. i left the board for Unstitched out on my table this morning, when I came to it tonight it seems to have warped slightly. Now the room it was in gets a lot of sun in the evening so I'm guessing its from this. It was closed and the half thay was on top is the one thats curled. It's now under some weights hoping to flatten it out. Thought it was worth mentioning as a possible issue and the be carefull leaving it in direct sunlight for long periods...

Played a couple of games so far and really loving it. The game plays very but there is enough tactics and gameplay to make it interesting. Really hoping there is an expansion soon with more puppets and extra masters to have 4 different ones!
