  1. It's an Elite merc, and not a Construct.
  2. Yeah, the new Arcanist Constructs are all barred to Hoffman. I think his favorite things from this book will be the Clockwork Traps. They're nice cheap little Guild/10T Constructs. Have some rarity to them, but I don't think that's a huge problem.
  3. She does look like Santana. Lucky me, I should be getting Santana as well
  4. She's very cool looking, but I have to say I would have preferred an alt Exorcist or something; there are already a few sculpts for the Marshals, you know? Actually, I wonder how hard it would be to give her a crossbow...
  5. Don't worry, the Rail Golem can be absolutely terrifying. If you want anything dead, odds are the Golem can do it. (Disclaimer: this is just my experience.)
  6. Nevermind, you spotted the Guild thing.
  7. The horse goes away when McCabe is dismounted (partly because he dismounts when the horse is killed.) Dismounted McCabe is on a 30mm base. I assume this means two models for him.
  8. My guess would be Wastrel, yeah. Good point.
  9. I have to think Sidir will be in there as well. Maybe not, because that would be a lot of models in one box, but I still think that's what they'll do, keep all the Black Sheep together.
  10. She's a mass of guts. Maybe it looks harmless (how can guts actually hurt you?) but also terrifying (ew! offal! get it away!!)
  11. My guess would be "his gang of black sheep." *grin*
  12. They don't get one less; the Oiran is a 10T model. And an Outcast model, for that matter. And a merc, which is awesome, because I want one.
  13. Heh, doubt there's a surprise Outcast, either. I'm sure there have been changes since the testing, but adding a whole new model would go beyond "changes" and into "insanity." *grin*
  14. She looks like a Hellhound. I was kind of expecting a sleek, silvery hound, but the Hellhound thing is pretty cool.
  15. I know, right? (I'd answer a few of these now that the book is technically out there, but I don't know what might have changed, so any info I have must be vague, and the questions are generally specific.)
  16. Pretty spot-on, there. McCabe's relics are pretty cool. Essentially you can buy one or two useful abilities from a list. And he's not the only one who gets access to some customization, he has some friends who get to take a relic as well. We've actually seen artwork for two versions at this point
  17. I have to think that using minion Misaki in place of master Misaki will be acceptable. She is the same character, after all. Well, just to throw it out there, McCabe is pretty literally a transplant from Ten Thunders. The description even says his gang is made up of "black sheep." I'm not telling you to play him, but he might not be all that Guild-like. (I'm not sure what would qualify as "guild-like" though.)
  18. McCabe will kick that dandy all over the board! Just you wait! *smug*
  19. Good point. But if you really needed her to live and could be going up against a killing machine (like Lilith) it might be worth it.
  20. Perdita with some constructs might be cool for fighting Neverborn, actually. The main things I would really want Perdita on the board for are her Spellbreaker (for the Voodoo Doll's irritating irresistible Conduit ability, she brings an irresistible way to lift it, with a range that has a hope of hitting the Doll) and See the Unseen (as mentioned, allows her to get at Pandora, something most models have some issue with.) She's also I2I herself. Not to mention her survivability. Bring a Guardian and the Effigy, and she'd probably just never die.
