I don't blame you Dgraz. I really feel Wyrd kind of rushed M2e. We got half a book, half a deck. We got models, including totally new ones, that will be released over the coarse of the next couple of years. It really feels kind of sloppy way to get any new player into the game. Thing is, everyone else uses Kickstarter to help out with getting things started, why couldn't Wyrd do the same with M2e?

I know of at least one of them. She used to come to Omaha back when there was another game shop in town. Very sweet young lady, everyone seemed to like her. She also came out to my Nuke Con Halloween Story encounter last year. Her and one other young lady.

Trust me, you don't need to be a rule encyclopedia to be a henchmen. Even when running events, everyone on in my group will ask one member of my group questions instead of me. I am the creative brain type henchmen. I can't draw a crowd to save my life, but I can create rules for a campaign like no one's business. You might have seen them floating around the forums.

Very true, story encounters are a little different that a normal event. Normally they are way more fun that WAAC. So are you taking over as the henchmen for your store, Victoria? Also, 12 people. I wish I could get 12 people in an event. I had 19 once. The place was packed. Then again, I seemed to have picked up 3 new players last Saturday (including Bow, who is part of the Omaha group..for now)

I am sure I can get my group to go to Lincoln for a story encounter. You are right, it is only a 40 minute drive. You store is a much better place for an event than mine. It would be nice to pack the game room again with Malifaux players.

Kind of seems like Dgraz wants answers to things that are not yet able to be answered. It is like asking when we will see new plastic avatars, or the first new minions/masters in plastic, or when we will see the rules for M3e. We should wait for the dust to settle and then we can get a clear picture of what is going on.

Well then, looks my group and me will have to get you trained in the fine arts of Malifaux before you leave. The Lincoln players are pretty hardcore. Still need to have a Lincoln versus Omaha event some time.

The new plastics are a very nice size compared to older metals. If fact, here is a nurse compared to a nurse compared to a nurse.

The stuff I ordered last year got to my local game shop before it reached my place. I holding this year stuff to the same standards. The only real reason to order during Gencon is to get the "miss" model and maybe the nightmare. -

So I am now an official owner of Puppet Wars Unstitched! One question I got, and I am sure it has already been asked, is this: are there rules for using the old masters in the new rules? I am glad to be on this side of the forums now also!

Yeah, that is a foil fate deck. They gave them out like candy at last GenCon. I had heard they you could also get them with the Passport to MAlifaux, but I think that ship as sailed. Far as I know, they are paper with certain parts in a shiny foil.

There is also nothing that says you can't just one card for multiple models. That is what I plan on doing if the count goes over the card amount. Got to do something with all those dice.

Where you see cards for Tara? Nightmare or not, $80 for a plastic set that is not much different than any other plastic set is borderline GW pricing.

Well if that is all that will be at Gen con, it is a little disappointing. I like the lack of gremlins. We got a new faction...and no models.
