to be honest, there's little to no OSL here. The first two pics in the top row are taken without the LED inside the lantern being lit. The other four are with the light on (and show as the piece is intended to be seen). -

hehe, glad (at least) someone noticed them it's really simple. Just take a wire (tiniest possible diametre), bend it a couple of times and paint orange/white. then snip it to about 2-3mm length. repair damage to the paint caused by the snipping. glue to the base. done -
