  1. The effigy can help Pandora with survivability. With its buff she pushes away if the opponent misses AND if she gets hit. That way you can be more aggressive. Especially in combination with its accomplice and the doppelganger's ability to let you cheat initiative and Pandora's incites. You get some crazy control and can do some rather crazy attacks. Cause you can mess with their activation order, cheat initiative and Pandora just pushes away from harm. Also df6 armor 1, hard to kill models with 4 wounds for 4ss are generally worth it. (effigy)
  2. I would recommend lilitu instead of beckoners. As for cheap models, I like a tot, depleted and/or mysterious effigy. I tend to use two of those. Or one and an insidious madness. Madnesses are great btw!

  4. That is true. But then she has to burn two ss to be guaranteed positive flips, or focus once, then charge and use her whole activation.
  5. That's assuming they're engaged. Also I never said she'd be totally neutralized. Stop twisting my words Why do you have to be so smug and nonchalant? You get negatives if you charge them due to perfect camo, so you have to walk up and focus basically. Perdita generally doesn't like the combination of armour and cover, so that hinders her when shooting from afar, and charging into melee can be dangerous depending on the game state, other models etc. It doesn't require 2 ap. It requires more than that for her to reliably kill a waldgeist. It's got three types of defenses that go against Perdita's skill set. That's pretty good.
  6. When making markers remember that models should be able to stand on them. Also waldgeists annoy Perdita to no end with perfect camouflage, cover and armor.

  8. To be fair. I don't think Colette or Ramos have any problems in the scenarios described either. But sure, Marcus is incredibly adaptable.
  9. One can only hope! Yeah I noticed the thing about the sergeants. I want to get into 10t but the minions... they're pretty much all dudes :/ 'cept the prostitutes. I guess I can always convert some stuff.
  10. That warden is really cool, the one with the cape. I want that one. The Gupps are real cute and I kind of like the night terrors. Kinda cute, and dynamic. Old Cranky is charming and I'm dying to get my hands on the Tortoise and the Hare. So cool! Is it just me or are more and more kits and artworks kind of like they're the same dude, in the same clothes but with different poses? Not the fermented monks, but the latigos, changelings, rooster riders, union miners, exorcists... Not much variety. Lots of, almost, copies of the same man. And very few women. Sad to see latigo pistoleros going from 2 men and 1 woman to 3 men for example. And they're more alike each other. Less unique.
  11. Huh I gotta try the flying 10 inch charge flame-o-taur! Wish I had a model for it. I've only tried flying flame Miss Step and flying flame Joss.

  14. Then we are in the same boat. Mr Graves or Lust just seem like more practical models to help other models with movement
  15. Yeah I don't see Greed gaining a lot from Prompt since the good attack is once a turn.
  16. Yeah I just found it's hard to use where's teddy effectively. Since it often leaves Kade in a bad position. But that's experience with them I guess
  17. Candy is great, but I found Baby Kade can be hard to make work well. Any tips there?
  18. Thanks all! The photos, well I'm using my cell phone camera. Used to be an LGG2 but the last ones are with my new Sony Z3+. I use a couple of lamps, and some daylight if I can, and I have a printed background on an a4 paper. I adjust contrast and colour balance in Photoshop afterwards.
  19. Ok yeah but if he's at 2-3 neg flips it'll take a lot of Resources (ap and stones) to deal with that. That was my thinking But feel free to give other tips! The Captain suggestion is interesting.
  20. Steam cloud can be Nice turn one since its to the next activation of Howard it protects from early damage from leve.
  21. Oh vent steam can certainly be worth The AP. And yeah Vapormancy is a given
