  1. I think you must have an old copy of Leveticus's stat card. The current card has the trigger summon a SPA when you kill an attacker with a melee strike, not just with an entropic claws strike.
  2. Team: Alex 'Mekboy' Moreton and Jamie Bradbury Team Name: S.P.P. (Science, Pimps and Prostitutes) Boss: Seamus Sorry we're a bit late.
  3. Is it still possible to join this tournament? My friend and I were hoping to play in this.
  4. Unless a duration is specified, effects end at the end of the turn. And yes, you can keep triggering stuff like overpower/whirlwind/onslaught/trigger happy on the additional attacks.
  5. Yeah, it's a little odd, but a few things in malifaux are. Like McMourning getting body parts from stabbing anything from ice golems to seishin, or Seamus killing a fat man (the executioner) and turning him into two undead prostitutes.
  6. I've been considering trying to make some sort of Team Fortress 2 gremlin gang. Here's my plan so far: Some'r teeth jones (The soldier) Francois (The spy) Rami (The sniper) Raphael (The heavy) Pere Ravage (The demoman/maybe the pyro) My problem is working out the rest of the team. I'm thinking maybe a taxidermist for the medic, and possibly Ophelia as the scout, but I'm not really sure what to do as the engineer and the pyro/demoman. Any ideas?
  7. That had me giggling hysterically.
  8. Inspired by the previous 'x all the y' image,
  9. The thing about Leveticus is that whenever he dies, if he has any hollow waifs hanging around (generally there will be two, but if he has just the box there's only one), then it is sacrificed, then he comes back where it was, then it gets summoned again. So basically you need to kill both him and his hollow waifs in one turn to make sure he stays dead. However, if your friend only has the box set, then you shouldn't have too much of a problem. The main part of the box set is 4 steampunk abominations, which can combine mid-game to summon a decidedly killy desolation engine. Luckily for you, the desolation engine isn't in the box.

    2v2

When I and a few friends did it, this is how we ended up doing it: Bascically, each player brings a crew worth half of the points (i.e. 25 ea for a 50ss game). Each play has their own soulstone cache, as opposed to teams. From that, you basically play as one normal gang (1 strategy, 2 schemes), only to determine who goes first each player flips a card, team and team totals are compared.
  11. In attempt to try and save face, Lady J. pretends that's what she meant to do all along, going on a machine killing rampage (-10 Hoffman). While no-one believes it, she does have a lot of fun doing so (+5 Lady J.) Pandora - 75 Lord Chompy Bits - 100 Seamus - 115 Kirai - 75 Marcus - 100 Collette - 45 Gun Vik - 80 Hamelin - 110 C. Hoffman - 100 Lady J - 115
  12. *Headdesk* That should teach me not to post without caffiene. Anyway, I'd say that the statline is right.
  13. If in doubt, go by the card.
  14. I'm pretty sure it's Loo-see-uss.
  15. http://www.rattleheadgames.com/catalog/HFMHFW104.html There's this guy.
  16. From the way I read it, it was Lucius that transformed.
  17. How uncivilised. You colonials have no sense of far play, stealing our empire away. If anyone needs me, I'll be eating crumpets in the conservatory. Tally-ho!
  18. Yep, it helps against spirits. That's pretty much it.
  19. If you're trying to kill Seamus himself, just try to focus fire. Hard to Wound 2 and Hard to Kill are nice, but they're much less effective when your weak damage is 3-4.
  20. The main place that rats come from is from enemy models. Personally though, I haven't really heard much of Hamelin increasing his crew size. He pretty much has the same size crew throughout the game, which is still pretty nasty, especially with Slaughter Rats.
  21. The Stitched Together are probably a good choice, as they work well in pretty much all Neverborn crews.
  22. Ah, yes. I forgot he could hire undead from other factions. He can't reanimate it though.
  23. Unfortunately, the Desolation Engine is Desolate, and cannot be summoned. The steampunk abominations place a Desolation Engine, rather than summoning it. I'm pretty sure that Leveticus is the only master who can use the Engine.
  24. It means that your disengaging strikes do damage. So you can hit them when they run away from you.
  25. In our group there's been a running contest between the three McMourning players to see who can collect the most body parts in one game. The record is currently 34 at once. Also, loving the Stein avatar.
