As the TO, it was my decision not to allow proxies in my tournament. If you look at the RM for tourneys (under downloads on Malifaux.com) you'll see that proxies are only allowed if the TO says so, and that a TO's rulings are final. I'm sorry you didnt like this ruling, but I made sure to include that with all the info for the tournament.
