  1. Nice job! That looks great. Hmm, now I want to put together a Seamus costume...
  2. I'm the one that usually forgets all kinds of stuff... though it's usually stuff that would go in my favor. Typically if we forget a rule or something and we've already moved onto something else by the time we remember we just keep going. It happens, but it's all about having fun. It's easier to just let it go than to go back and try and change the whole game over forgetting a rule, even if it would change the game. You just gotta try and remember next time.
  3. If you are working for another faction (Caesar's Legion or Mr. House or Yes Man) then the NCR will start to hate you. You actually get some quest updates I believe to let you know that the NCR knows you are working for their enemies and will not trust you anymore.
  4. I've been checking these out for a few weeks now. They have some very cool minis and I'm intrigued by the game. Nice painting on that!
  5. Very cool conversion! Love the pumpkins.
  6. DangerousBeans, did you have legion armor or other faction armor equipped? Were you doing quests for any other factions?
  7. Well, it was accidentally intentional... or intentionally accidental? Basically, in order to make it fold up and roll on the wheels the legs had to be longer than the sides that folded down. We didn't realize this at first so when we went to do the legs we realized they had to be 44" tall... which turned out to be way too tall. This was something I took heavily into consideration for the second table, and this one is more reasonable. It's only 30" high, just a couple inches above typical table height I believe.
  8. How many hours would you say you have painting miniatures and playing tabletop games?
  9. For a single player game, yes, 200 hours is a lot. MMOs are a very different beast. I had 6000 hours in WoW (250 days) in 2 years before I realized I hated the game.
  10. My girlfriend and I are both loving Fable 3 right now. She's actually a bit further than I am, but we've been playing a lot of co-op. Great game. Death claws are a pain, best to just avoid them unless you are leveled up with great weapons.
  11. We have 2 Xboxes in our apartment (one for me and one for my girlfriend). The way you get around this is by purchasing the game on the other person's Xbox with your profile. So, I will go to my girlfriend's Xbox and bring my profile (using a memory card, but you can also use a USB stick). I then purchase the DLC or Arcade game I want using my profile on her Xbox. Then I take my profile back over to my Xbox and download it there. What happens is that the game is tied to both the profile you purchase it with AND the first Xbox it's downloaded to. So, anyone on my girlfriend's Xbox could play it and then I can play it on my profile on my Xbox. For games that are already downloaded you'd have to do a content transfer to transfer the Xbox it's tied to over to yours in which case it would work for all profiles on your Xbox and only for your friend's profile on his Xbox.
  12. I'm hopefully gonna get it painted up this week. For now though, you can check out how the terrain blocks will work: http://tabletopgeeks.com/table-with-terrain-blocks/
  13. Some of you may have remember the first table that Tewfik and I built over a year ago. It was the whole reason I started up Tabletop Geeks. Well, about a year ago I moved an hour or so away from Tewfik and left the table with him. I got tired of not having a table of my own to play on so I decided to build a new table. This one is a bit smaller but uses the same basic idea of a lipped edge so that I can create square terrain blocks to mix and match terrain. This one needed to take up very little space when not in use as our apartment doesn't have enough room for a permanent table. It's mostly finished now, all except for being painted. You can check it out here: http://tabletopgeeks.com/gaming-table-the-second-one/ Here's a preview:
  14. ... NEED MOAR PICS! This is awesome. I can't wait to see the whole board. This just looks amazing.
  15. Very cool! I have to agree that I like the dusty western look too them. Also, nice guitar gremlin.
  16. Sigur, you do some great work. I love your stuff. Also, great to have you using Tabletop Geeks!
  17. Whoah, that is amazing looking! It's so... clean. Fantastic work!
  18. Nice job with the sculpt! Can't wait to see it painted.
  19. Pretty cool Bete. Looks good. The green on the eyes looks a bit weird to me though.
  20. You're welcome. Glad it worked.
  21. They're all there if you view the font file. You just need to figure out what the keys for them are... I can't remember. Maybe try R for Resurrectionists or C for Crows or something?
  22. Check Tabletop Geeks again. http://tabletopgeeks.com/malifaux-downloads/ Under Miscellaneous there is "Malifaux Symbols Font". This font has all the symbols.
  23. Thanks for the tip. I've tried drybrushing black with grey before and it comes off looking weird. I think mixing a tiny bit of blue (for a colder grey) look helps. I tried to jut do regular blue this time to try it out, but it didn't quite work.
