  1. (Pan)Dora the Explora! hahaha - I love it. They looks good - I like Candy's mask Will your Lilith go out w/me? (Shhh... don't tell my wife - she'll call me a dork). I really like the color scheme of your Lilith.
  2. I'd play these fellas - they look good. You have good line control - the paint looks a tad heavy, but that could totally be the pics and I'm not a very good painter, so take what I say w/a generous dose of table salt I especially like that you kinda broke out of the studio scheme and added black clothing. I really like the addition of the black hat on Som'er he looks good - good mouth on him too! 8 Starters??!!!! OMG! ...well I'm jealous! The minis are exactly what attracted me to the game as well - I've fallen in love w/almost all of them, which is bound to get me some wife aggro! I have the Legion of Sorrows box, and the Cult of December box. Once I get those painted, I'm heading for Seamus' crew and Som'er Teeth's box set!
  3. Ya Gday - I like your paint - but I really like the Ice Golem! I think you captured the "deep ice" frozen look well w/the (bright) deep blue up to the white accents. I hope my ice dude looks as good as yours - still gotta get my Legion of Sorrows box painted first though :flute: Your gamlins look good too - same as the ice golem but a little more subtle, since they're not made of pure ice/stone
  4. I think they look great, all of them, but I especially LOVE Seamus' checkered bag!!
  5. Your town looks awesome! As far as answering your question about what to add... you already said you were doing a hanging tree, so I guess a hangman's platform would be redundant... maybe some stockades? Shacks, out houses, or a mill? Staying in Wyrd fluff, you could always add a "mountainous pile" and create an entrance to a soul stone mine? What would be cool is to build a seperate terrain board of mine shafts, etc. So you could game in town, and then move the story/battle sequence to the mine and switch tables to the mine scenery. Ok... sorry bout that - I get to babbling!
  6. I like these and I think they look great - like all of your sculpting I've seen! I kinda liked the big ones though - over the top like the models are - it worked for me
  7. Ya, I agree, I'm really liking your terrain!! *jealousy* I too wish I could get a game or seven on it! Ok, box it all up and ship to... LOL
  8. So that scale (1:87.1) is 'HO' model train scale? So is that like 15mm then? I know Flames of War is 15mm and those lil'buggers (troops) are tough (for me) to paint! I can't wait to see'em!!
  9. I love the green too - well done on the green shading. Well actually... well done on all those models! I like your undead skin too - Very nice!
  10. <insert picture of a box> that's how I carry my minis... :slug: Maybe I should pick up some of the suggestions here -hehe LOL
  11. Surreal indeed... I love it! Please ship to my home <insert address> *teehee
  12. Hey all. If any of you have purchased (please provide link) or built Victorian terrain, Row houses, or Brownstone (town homes) type terrain, I would love to see some pics of it/them!
  13. I agree. I think your terrain looks awesome, and I'm with you - I love the MALIFAUX theme. I really feel like the model sculpts fit me best out of all the other games I've played. I look forward to seeing your update pics!!
  14. I really like your Candy & Baby Cade (two of my favorite sculpts!) - you did a good job w/those tiny areas! My Candy & Baby Cade are sitting right here in front of me, all cleaned, filed, and primed white just waiting for paint, but their tiny size intimidates me
  15. I went with some of my favorite minis, so it was easy for me to pick Legion of Sorrow & Cult of December box sets. I love all of those minis.
  16. I kinda like that teddy! It's like South Park... not the best animation, but cool/funny & a ton of style -like it or not. Scale him down a tad and I'd buy it! (I can't even sculpt butter onto bread, so I appreciate your finger-print havin' sculpt! LOL)
  17. I'll remember that when I give it a try. Thanks!
  18. Flip Eric's numbers and that's me. 60% of the time I do them together, the other 40% separate, but I'm a mediocre painter anyway.
  19. I thought Gorilla Super Glue was too slow in drying? Hmm... maybe I looked at the wrong Gorilla Glue (Gorilla brand makes different glues, which I'm sure you already know), or read the directions wrong??? I'm going to have to check that out again because I've been using Zap-A-Gap; although, I've found a good cleaning, scoring, and gluing mixed with a tad of caution when transporting the models, that I didn't have many break very often.
  20. Very nice! I'm kinda diggin your terrortots though; studio scheme those lil dudes are red right? I like the flesh tones - very cool. Nice terrain too - I'm gonna look at that some more. Thanks for sharing
  21. VERY nice! I like the color choice for the metal on his lower half - that green'ish color - it accents the flesh color nicely. The basing reminds me of a melted down circuit-board sorta - I kinda like it - funky.
  22. Ah-hah!! I have clicked the link(s) and have seen the light. I will book mark those pages and see if I can't bring my own nightmares to life as Wyrd has so beautifully done. Thanks Gav!
  23. Nice! The REDRUM/MURDER on the scissor blades... very classy touch!
