The pool of five schemes is the same for both players. The app formerly had that kind of bug, but what you are describing is even wilder than the way it was back then. This has happened twice now. As far as I know on both occasions I was using the web app and opponent the mobile app. Opponent's list was kind of invisible. It shows leader tab, but nothing under it. Soulstones read 10/50, although the actual count is different. When players confirm schemes and game begins, opponent has a blank white space where the list should be.

What if a certain subset of 3-4 point stinkers received some kind of front-card ability that makes the model not count for difference in model amount when calculating pass tokens?

How about Focused giving you on opposed duel and letting you ignore one on the damage flip, thus making a straight flip just as common as it already is, but taking that bit of extra oomph away from accuracy difference of 6+? Maybe add the reverse to using Focused defensively by letting it ignore one from the damage flip after checking the fate modifiers (so as not to limit the occurrence of straight damage flip, but still having a slight overall effect in reducing damage dealt)? Or perhaps this would add a level of complexity to the rule for very little gain, I do not know, but this kind of an amalgamation of suggestions in this thread popped into my mind on my extended period of prolonged procrastination.

Well Leveticus is cool for sure but I think he's a Master and would two Masters in a crew be no-no? I guess Hamelin the rat catcher would be a nice addition too, and of course Bishop is a cute, angsty boy so who can really resist him? Aesthetically Killjoy would fit in, too, if not playing the pretty undead. I think those were the outcasts I liked to some degree, at least. Are there mercenaries in any other factions?

Oh, and the reason I will actually get to play in the next year is a gaming convention held in this country, where should all the enthusiastic Malifaux players gather.

Well, check my location Malifaux is just raising it's head here in Finland, around two persons got even armies for Malifaux, and none of the sorry lot resides here in my home town. Maybe I need to begin some hardcore converting of those 'hammerists
