  1. Well, looks to me like there aren't really any "good guys" per se in Malifaux. Unless you count Gremlins, of course.
  2. Keep fightin'. Mah pigs'll clean up the bodies.
  3. I know I'm man enough to enjoy fruity drinks. I'd at least try it once.
  4. You obviously haven't been down to the gremlin's farm. They put on a goooooood time.
  5. I was working on getting all of my gremlins painted and ready to go, when I got the urge that all of the gremlins should have a gun. I have the two that came with the 4-pack of miniatures, but I need two more, and even more would be better. Anyone know where I could find a suitable guns sprue? I'd rather not have to sculpt them, as non-organic stuff is super hard for me. My google fu is also lacking this time. Cowboy, victorian, or even farmers' rifles and shotguns. Anthing like that might be okay. I'd prefer to avoid having to buy models just for their guns, too. If only I could convince the Wyrd gang to run off an old-fashioned gun sprue. That's be ideal! (I kid, I know you guys are super busy right now)
  6. Price point's at $70 MSRP. Not too shabby. Edit: Link: http://www.tabletopgamingnews.com/2009/07/07/28188
  7. I think I can help a little with these. Note that I'm no official guy, just some schmuck. I remember someone saying that there will be pre-ordering (coming up in August, I think). I think the game can be played with all sorts of different sizes. I also remember someone saying that they wanted the starter box to be a playable size. Extrapolating from there-- maybe 7-10 models, depending on composition. Give or take, I guess.
  8. Crap. I guess I can look forward to lots of layers in my future I sadly just purchased some. I already opened the bottle, too, so I can't return it.
  9. I've only had the chance to visit either Origins or Gen-con once each, and I liked Origins much more. The fact that it was three hours closer helped, too.
  10. Who won? Sonnia or Lillith? Nice swamp, too. I'm in-progress on a bayou diorama and the trees are tricky. In-scale Weeping willows are tricky.
  11. It's gothic, amirite? Same diff'rence.
  12. Well, I'll say one thing here-- I'm in the (much) greater DC area, and I have not run across any store (other than my FLGS in WV) that carries the Wyrd line. Distributors! *shakes fist* Oh well, I guess I'm doing my part to encourage interest. I can't wait for Gencon to get the rules. Seven weeks to go, I guess. By the way, are you guys considering going to Historicon? It's the only big con that's at all near me. They're Lancaster, PA in three weeks. I hear that they're moving to Baltimore next year though.
  13. Thanks for posting these! I love reviews, and these are especially nice.
  14. I wish I could make it Will it be up on the website soon after (or before!)?
  15. York News Times? That's really quite awesome-- Good job!
  16. I'm waiting for some gremlins in the mail. Could one of the helpful folks in this thread give me the dimensions of a standard gremlin? Hog Whisperer would probably be best if you got him. HxWxD in mm, if possible. Thanks in advance! (I'm building stuff that I'd like to scale to their size.)
  17. I'm a big fan of the pigs Bayou Gremlins are lovely with pigs.
  18. Fair enough. Thanks! I know you are busy as anything, and I was just thinking about it.
